There are many types of pantyhose in the large adhesive vinyl format. They all application and own life to each of them. We choose the best quality for your need.

The Digital equipment (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black + White) in place allow us to print tights up to 54 inches wide by up to 149 feet. On the same sheet production, it is possible to individualize or to group a number of adhesive stickers that are cut according to the form (matrix) desired in most cases.

The vinyl is mainly divided into two groups and three categories. Families are: calendered and cast. Both terms, representing each of the manufacturing process, easily popularized by an ideal indoor application (calendered) or outdoor (cast). The reason is that vinyl remembers its original state and, according to its manufacturing process, it can be more vulnerable to the heat of the sun. This is the case for calendered which is more of an adhesive vinyl for indoor or short-term, but with a more economical price.

This is why, among the three categories of sticker: Economic, middle and high-end, we find the calendered only in the economic and middle class and the cast is in tack intremédiaire class and high-end.

Please note, the thickness is not a sign of quality. Several high vinyl end such as vinyl used for advertising vehicle wrap (wrap / lettering) are very thin; around 2 mm. Its thinness makes it a stretch of 150% without reducing its attributes to mold highly complex curves.
